I am trying to understand why the second quote template ({{Quote}}) on this page shows up with the fancy quote format on my iPhone's Safari.

Okay, I figured it out. It's because the template is classified as a "Quote". I changed it to "Data" and now it shows the way it does on desktop.
So, do you need any more help?
Hm. Not quite on the same topic, but I've been trying to figure out why our other quote template, Template:Q, doesn't show its source on Mercury. Look at the same test page, the first quotation should show it is from Devil May Cry 5, but on mobile, it doesn't.
Template:Q? Yes.
Just a heads-up: renamed the template to something else just now, so that link won't work.
